Morning: Overseeing Inbound Operations

In the morning, the inbound operations are in full swing. This is when shipments from suppliers arrive at our fulfillment center in Utah. During the afternoon, we focus on improvement and problem-solving. The dynamic nature of supply chain management means that challenges can arise at any moment. Whether it’s a supplier issue, a sudden surge in demand, or an unexpected delay, we need to be prepared to respond swiftly and effectively.

We focus on problem-solving sessions where we analyze root causes and develop action plans to prevent recurrence. These sessions often involve cross-functional teams, as collaboration and diverse perspectives are key to finding robust solutions.

Late Afternoon: Performance Review and Strategy Planning
